Requirements

Memorandum and articles of association of company by-laws or constitution of organization
Certificate of Incorporation for the business to be registered in Burundi
Company NIF (Fiscal Identification Number)
Board or general assembly resolution appointing signatories and specifying their power limits
Original ID or passport of signatory (ies) with establishment visa evidence for foreigners
One recent passport size photo of each signatory to the account
A minimum account opening deposit
